This role sits at the intersection of people and public presence. You’ll support hiring, onboarding, communication, and team coordination all while helping shape Thrive’s voice across social media, events, and community outreach.
You don’t need to be a marketing expert. You just need to communicate clearly, stay organized, and enjoy helping people move in the same direction.
Do you love clarity and numbers?
This role keeps Thrive’s daily operations running smoothly while helping us understand and plan our financial future. You’ll handle the administrative and financial tasks that keep the organization healthy.
You don’t need to be a CPA, just someone who’s comfortable with numbers, organized by nature, and energized by creating order.
