We represent owners as CM-agents and also work as CM-at risk. We use Building Information Modeling (BIM) to coordinate construction and renovation in the field. We use our proprietary cost estimating to develop Class 5 to Class 1 estimates.
We use two key systems, the Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) and Critical Path Method (CPM), to efficiently manage our projects. 6/10ths is a rule of thumb we use in early estimates.
